GOLDEN COAST HOTEL 

is a A class / 4 star, beach-side hotel situated close to the historic town of marathon, in Attica. Built in a traditional Greek style in extensive grounds, it consists of a 4-storey main building and a series of 2-storey bungalows in a village-like complex, arranged around two swimming pools and our main facilities.
LOCATION: 
You will find us 7 km from Marathon, 4 km from the town of Nea Makri, 35 km from the center of Athens, and a 40 minute drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport.
ACCOMMODATION:
240 sea or garden view hotel rooms, as well as 300 bungalows, studios and family apartments make it a total of 540 rooms (1.200 beds) All of our rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, safe deposit boxes, hair-dryer, WC & bath, direct dialing phone (ISDN line) and WiFi internet service. Our bungalows have either pool or garden view. In addition, several of our apartments have kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
SPORTS & FACILITIES:
Our hotel complex has 3 large freshwater swimming pools, 8 tartan tennis courts, 1 multi-court (volleyball, basketball, mini soccer), crazy golf, petanque and table tennis. We also operate a Mini-Club for our little guests in a separate, kid-friendly area with its own pool and playground.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: 
In every corner of our large resort, we provide our guests with excellent food and beverage options to satisfy every need & occasion. A breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet operates at our Main Restaurant & Terrace. You will also find a Bar/Snack-Bar by the main pool, open all day, as well as a Pool bar and an a la carte Grill-restaurant. Furthermore, you will find our Main Bar in the main building, as well as another greek style restaurant / taverna by the beach.
BUSINESS & EVENTS:
Our hotel offers excellent resources for conferences, events and business meetings. Our main theatre-style hall, as well as our smaller meeting rooms, are designed in order to accommodate any type of company & event. We will also provide you with the latest audiovisual equipment (screen, flipcharts, video projector, microphone, papers & pans), and of course cater fully for your events’ food & beverage needs (coffee breaks, executive lunches, etc). As we have a small chapel on our grounds, we can also cater for any type of social event & gathering such as weddings, christenings, gala dinners and receptions.
